Alexandra Turshen was born on the 25th of January, 1986 in New York and her full name is Sarah Alexandra Turshen. There was no reliable information regarding her parents. Turshen switched her major in order to attend her first class at the Washington Ballet School. When she transferred to Mount Holyoke University she graduated with a degree in History and International Human Rights.
